Romaine Salad with Craisins and Cashews

Salad:
1 Head Romaine Lettuce
1 Cup Cashews
1/4 cup dried, sweetened cranberries (craisins)
3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 apple, cubed
1 pear, cubed

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup oil (olive or canola)
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Whish together dressing ingredients. Add dressing to salad just prior to serving.
